Responsible Distribution Processsm Responsible Distribution Processsm (RDP) is an initiative of the National Association of Chemical Distributors (NACD) and its member companies. As a condition of membership in NACD, member companies commit to follow the Responsible Distribution Processsm Guiding Principles and code of management practices. On-site verification by an approved third party is done to verify that the member company has developed and implemented the RDP Code of Management Practice and that regulations and good industry practices are actually implemented and appropriately address products and associated risks.
